To place an order:

  • You must be over 19 years or older
  • Must have a valid shipping address
  • We currently only accept Cryptocurrency at the moment (Bitcoin, Litecoin, ethereum)

We understand the significance of privacy, which is why we take certain measures while packaging your cannabis products to ensure discretion. We vacuum seal them to maintain freshness.

We ship the packaging inside a plain non-descript box.

If your order has already been marked completed or has already been shipped, we will be unable to make any changes to your order.

Your order will ship one or two days after your payment has been received and confirmed.

We offer free Xpress Post (2-3 Days) shipping for all orders that exceed $150. For orders that are under $150, there is a shipping fee of $20, and we also utilize Xpress Post for the delivery.

Tax is included in our prices.

At the current moment we only accept Interac E-transfers as a form of payment. In the future we have plans to add more payment methods.

We email you the tracking number before the package is scanned by Canada Post. The correct tracking number should show up within 6-24 hours.

In general, there are two potential situations that could have led to your package being undelivered:

  • The postal worker could have mistakenly delivered it to the wrong mailbox due to an inaccurate address or a human error.
  • The postal worker could have scanned all the packages as “successfully delivered” and then delivered them the following day or two.

If you haven’t received your package within two days after the anticipated delivery date, please reach out to us, and we will initiate a trace to locate your package.

If you don’t get your package two days after the expected delivery date, contact us at [email protected].

We will then immediately start a trace with Canada Post. The Canada Post trace can take up to 5 business days.
